ILAPS (Individualized Learning Asynchronously/Synchronously Plan) is a tracking tool that monitor the achievement of students’ academic, socioemotional and cultural goals. Its secured database system creates an individualized learning plan for each student through a web based medium. Such, enables educators to track students’ progression in the continuum towards meeting their academic proficiency milestones. Whether is linguistic, socioemotional, cultural or just academic in general, ILAP supports all students ranging from Multilingual learners (MLLs), Students with Special Needs to the Gifted and Talented, and all different types of Remote Learning. Furthermore, ILAP supports and empowers teaching and learning by providing teachers with the crucial data for modifying curriculum and differentiate instruction according to each individual student.
